About BHARAT-EU
BHARAT-EU develops and demonstrates an innovative waste-to-renewable-hydrogen (W2rH) process concept, integrating advanced biochemical and thermochemical technologies to transform non-recyclable biogenic waste streams into renewable hydrogen and valuable by-products.
An integrated approach across the entire value chain
BHARAT-EU covers the entire value chain, from feedstock identification and preparation to hydrogen and by-product production and utilisation, while integrating safety, economic and environmental assessment and demonstration activities.
By bringing these elements together within a unified process concept, the project aims to promote resource and energy efficiency, circularity, feedstock flexibility, safety and digitalisation.
